Die Nähe zur Innenstadt und der Charme der Wohnung.
Fehlender PKW-Stellplatz. In der näheren Umgebung lies sich aber ein Stellplatz finden.

Location to downtown was very convenient. Parking was easy in front of the apt or down the street
Wish the shower would have had hotter water.. kitchenette was ok, but no toaster or oven..also, you could always hear the residents above the apartment walking around all morning, day and evening.

We loved the amenities, the quiet area close to the river and the contact with the hosts.
There was an issue with the baby bed that was soon resolved though.
