One of the best places I’ve ever had the pleasure of staying at in my life. Fantastic service, practically brand new rooms, very comfortable beds.

Everything from the room to the exceptional staff
Getting to the reception lobby the first time from Osaka station was difficult.
Would be nice to have this explain prior to arrival

Location was good
The premium twin room we had booked was not like the photos shown in the marketing photos is showed a space and a cabinet between the beds so you could walk down between them - our room had no space the beds were tight together. The room key cards did not work very well in the elevators - often took multiple attempts to get the elevator to register the cards - we saw other guests have similar problems. The beds were made in a way that in order to get under the covers you had to pull the bedding apart - so basically not worth having the beds made up each day.
