Location and cleanliness! The hotel was very nice. Rooms and bed were very clean. Having a kitchenette in the room was a bonus. Sometimes the rooms that have those can smell funny, but not here. The price was affordable.

There was no breakfast offered at this location. However, the rooms are clean and comfortable. There are even refrigerators and stoves in room. Great value for the cost! Will return to this location in Gilbert, AZ

I didn't know there was breakfast
Some of the front desk were a bit rude. Maybe it was just a bad day for them. My room was entered while I was gone and water was splashed all over the kitchen area. I had been gone for 3 hours, had I spilled it, it would have dried in that time. The front desk didn't even take the time to review any security cameras. I was told they will do that if/when they have time. 2 hours later I was asked/told to end my stay early. I had also made a noise complaint, I was met with resistance there as well.
