Staff were helpful especially Meral in the reception who facilitate our check in and she was helpful.
The location is the great privilege of the hotel especially if you are planning shopping.
Breakfast is acceptable with good choices.
Rooms are spacious.
The only thing is the noise coming from bathroom and from the street

Location was fantastic for the harbour, etc..

Stuff was helpful, location is great, very close to old city, breakfast was okay
Had issues with the room key, AC was producing a not so good smell
