Nothing

Very disappointing experience – poor sleeping conditions and unacceptable handling of complaints Unfortunately, my stay was extremely disappointing, and I would not recommend this accommodation. There were several serious issues: 1. Uncomfortable and poor-quality mattress The mattress was in very poor condition, uneven and uncomfortable, with springs clearly noticeable through it. It was extremely difficult to get a decent night’s sleep. 2. Excessive noise There was considerable noise from other people in the building, including doors slamming, footsteps and people talking during the night. The noise made it very difficult to rest. 3. Had to leave during the night The combination of the unacceptable sleeping conditions and constant noise became unbearable, and I eventually had to leave the property during the night. 4. The key was left in the lockbox for safekeeping – but I could no longer access it When I left during the first night, I placed the key back in the lockbox simply to make sure I would not lose it. This was not an agreement to cancel my reservation or to give up my right to access the accommodation. However, when I returned to the property, the original lockbox PIN (7817) no longer worked. The main entrance and stairway door codes still worked, but I could not open the lockbox to retrieve the key. As a result, I was effectively left outside without access to the key or the accommodation. I returned twice and recorded video evidence of my attempts. 5. The host denied the access problem instead of investigating it Despite explaining the situation and offering video evidence, the host repeatedly denied that the lockbox PIN had been changed. I asked several times for an email address so I could send the videos as proof, but they failed to provide one. They also made no apparent effort to visit the property and check the lockbox personally. 6.

Nice welcoming host and comfortable property to stay at.

Welcome email with introduction and clear instructions given on how to access property; with outside sign to let you know you've arrived at the right location. When you enter the property there is a numbered sign posted Key Safe from which you collect keys from to enter your allocated room. Rooms were clean and tidy and amenities (towels) were provided.

Sehr empfehlenswerte Unterkunft.

Sehr ruhige Lage.
