The service was excellent the employees on the hotel made my stay very warm ,very secure they were really reliable when i needed anything the stores and restaurants are in walking distance, taxis and busses get you anywhere in town all you got to do is ask for info they'll got you to the bahias, airport.Employees are the best .I've been staying in (all inclusives) this place one is not but the employees made the stay the best

We had a day and a half to spend in the area before flying out. The hotel was average. It was clean and had hot water. The pool is clean and refreshing and positioned to be half shaded. Staff are friendly and communication was good despite my poor spanish. We were able to get a late checkout for a half day rate, which was appreciated. None of the wifi worked during our stay, no matter how many logins they supplied. Good value for short stay and a good location if you want to stay in the town vs at beach.
