Clean, secure, centrally located. Balance of fans/AC was comfortable.
Next door to a cantina (but hey it’s a mexican town!). Sometimes wait for only one toilet in a dorm with 9 beds, but at most there were 4 people in the dorm.

Wonderful helpful staff and meticulously clean. Comfortable roof deck with view of sports fields and green hills. Great for laying in hammocks and catching the breeze
For those sensitive to noise, can be occasional noise from nearby karaoke bar or sports fields

The Hostel is sqeaky clean and peaceful to sleep. I had the private room but the dorms are very spacious. The staff is amazing. manager Magi had Great communication after i reserved and she researched and booked all my tours at a lower cost than offered online. Maribel was very helpful answering all my questions and call for taxi.
Location was short walk to banks, chedraui and bussing to the beach. But I walked. Only 20 mins to santa cruz beach. There was a mix of guests, young and retired. Ill come and stay again. Kitchen is big with 2 fridge. Love the hammocks on upper rooftop

At 3:30 am, some guests came to the dormes drunk. I woke up to see the ugliest things ever. Two fags having relationship on a bed. Just by everyone else sleeping.
I called the hostel guy and he came immediately and with minutes I already got my money back and left.
I know the hostel can't do so much to prevent an incident like this in the future.
The only thing I would do is maybe tell ppl they can't enter after 10pm.. ?
Or to check them if they're drink... At least put curtains on beds..
The only reason I didn't give it 1 is I got my money back, but I alrhough the hostel couldn't prevent this incident.. they should have definitely call the police immidiately so those hooligans won't keep doing it elsewhere.
