Great roof areas and spacious sunny patios for fitness, yoga, sunning. Common areas are simple, clean and uncluttered. Sink for clothes hand washing on the roof. Cactus gardens throughout the building are amazing and well tended. Paper towels, coffee, and simple things that are often missing in hostels are effortlessly provided here.

It's a good place totally recommended! Great for the value/price relation. Tons of space to rest on the rooftops and co-work in different areas. Liked the city views from the rooftop, they're gorgeous.
Realistically speaking, you need to bring your own earplugs to avoid noise at night. Can be loud. Also, I wish the staff actually spelled out the rules on paper to all guests because not everyone knows how to actually behave in a hostel. I stayed in a shared female dorm.

Good location, nice terrace and balcony just to relax if you have some free time just want to stay at the hostel
In the 4-single bed shared room, there is not much privacy and separation between the beds (no curtains)

Location and price were good for Oaxaca
Very noisy with echoes throughout the hostel. Triple rooms which we had was very simple, three beds and a camp table.
