The hotel area was clean so was the room. Staff was helpful and kind. Breakfast was really great - could choose from cold cuts, cheese or just cereal and pastry. Would love different cups for tea so it can stay hot longer and spills less. Those coffee cups don’t work well with tea.
If you want your room to stay air conditioned while you leave it do not forget to keep the card key in the slot next to the entrance door. Removing the card cuts off power so the AC is off.

Very clean hotel and rooms. Staff are nice. Close to metro with 3 stops to plaza mayor. In the museum district with grocery store nearby and cute coffee shops
