Solid place and decently priced! Had a Kwik trip within walking distance and if you don't know it's quite the convenient store!
One thing to note that some might take issue with is the deposit. They'll keep a credit card on file which may be an issue for some but you can also make a cash deposit that will be refunded on checkout.
I had zero issues on checkout and the room was spacious with all the amenities you would expect.

Air conditioning worked and it was a decent place to stay just needed a bed so it was fine.
