Truly the best hotel I have ever stayed at. Everything was gorgeous and pristine. It was so nice having a full kitchen and laundry in our room. The pools were amazing and we had a blast. Everyone was so kind and helpful. Definitely looking forward to another stay. Highly recommend!!

Very modern looking room and spacious. Ocean across the street to watch sunset while having happy hour cocktails and appetizers at the restaurant. Would stay again!

Our stay at Hilton Grand Vacations Club Maui Bay Villas was truly outstanding from beginning to end. Every member of the staff made us feel welcomed and cared for — from the gentleman who graciously assisted with our luggage, to the incredibly patient and accommodating woman at the front desk, to the friendly and helpful concierge team. The villa itself was absolutely beautiful, with every detail thoughtfully designed for comfort and relaxation. The amenities were fantastic and added so much to the overall experience.
What made this stay especially unique was the genuine warmth and attentiveness of the staff, who consistently went above and beyond in ways that felt personal rather than routine. Combined with the peaceful atmosphere, beautiful surroundings, and exceptional accommodations, it created an experience that felt far more special than a typical resort stay. All things considered, this was the nicest and most enjoyable stay we have ever experienced, and we are incredibly grateful for the hospitality we received.

Great hotel. Clean, spacious and pools were excellent. Location is great with most restaurants and beaches within 15 minutes. Overall great stay.
