Great place well located, well managed to clean awesome location well stocked with each year, great communication loved it. We loved that a wonderful beach was within walking distance.

The condo was well equipped with everything one needs. From the kitchen equipment, towels, bathroom amenities to the toys and beach equipment.
The lanai was small and we didn’t like the setup with the high table and chairs.
The living room could use another chair. Hard for 4 people to get comfortable on one couch.

Great location, comfortable beds and living room furniture, lots of beach equipment, and clean pool area. The grounds are beautiful and very close to the beach. Host was very helpful and responsive to all our needs.
If you are a light sleeper, the upstairs loft bedroom is noisy. There is a ventilation fan that cannot be turned off and is loud. Neighbors can be heard talking as if they are in the room. Not really an issue unless they are loud when trying to sleep. The downstairs room is nice and quiet. There was a bit of a pest issue during our stay, definitely can’t leave any food or dishes that good on it out on counter.
