Latyce, Kimberly, and Bethany, along with all of your staff, truly went above and beyond. It was the small details- some I didn’t even realize would make such a difference - that made our stay exceed our expectations.
For example, at check-in, Bethany noticed that my husband is disabled and suggested finding us a room as close to the elevator as possible. It was such a thoughtful gesture and made things so much easier for him.
Latyce was one of the friendliest, most outgoing bartenders I’ve ever encountered. She made us feel so welcome and added so much fun to our stay.
And Kimberly went above and beyond to make not only my husband and me feel special, but also our daughter, whom we were moving into Ohio State for her freshman year. She told my daughter, “I know your parents are in Chicago. If you ever need anything, you come here and find me. I’ll be here for you.” As a parent leaving your daughter several hours away from home for the first time, I can’t adequately express how much those words meant to us.
Thank you for an amazing stay and for helping turn such an emotional milestone for our family into one filled with happy memories. We will absolutely remember the kindness your staff showed us.
