Location was great, friendly staff, our room was a bit noise, it looks a restaurant or the pool was above which it makes it noisy specially Friday nights, but other than that, everything was excellent.

The staff at the hotel were very nice and friendly, except for the staff at the rooftop skybar.
I repeatedly asked to order something and was told several times that they were on their way.
After half an hour, I asked for another employee again. I saw that others were being served first, and by the end of the story, I couldn't order a snack anymore because the kitchen was closing.
I only ordered a drink. No apology and no compensation.
Very disappointing. Waited a total of 1 hour. Date: 6-6-2026
