Whilst the room could have done with a little update - fraying carpets and old furniture being held up with paper underneath the legs - it was an amazing experience. The hotel has an old period charm and sits perfectly in the Ditton Village area. I did not have an opportunity to try the breakfast, but hopefully next time I can.
A really lovely stay and very polite, helpful staff.

It’s a little bit dated in some parts. The rooms could do with a modern upgrade, digital TVs with Netflix and YouTube streaming for example. The showers were really poor in water power and dribbled. The pillows were pretty flat and not too comfortable. But the staff were lovely and helpful. The breakfast was plentiful and tasty but that toaster was screeching in the background and made it uncomfortable to remain too long in the dining area.
