I liked staying at the Redwood Lodge.
On my second overnight trip, I had to lodge elsewhere as the price was getting unaffordable for the working man.
The breakfast buffet was outstanding.
My biggest problem was I was assigned the only room in the building that did not have a number on the door.
I had to look at all the surrounding doors to rule out that the door with no number was my room number.
In the morning, the clerk showed me the room number, it had been found on the ground of the hallway by the cleaning staff, and had not been reinstalled.

There is basically an infinite amount of parking on nearly every side of the property, and it is adjacent to both a gas station and EV charging. Grocery store is just down the street.
Breakfast offerings were vast and varying slightly over a multi-day stay. Found some accidental gluten-free compatible choices, which were nice. The coffee was great (a dark and medium roast) and seemingly bottomless whenever we needed a refill.
There were some maintenance issues that were never really addressed, but possibly difficult to handle over a weekend.
