I recently stayed at the Hilton Dallas Lincoln Centre and overall had a comfortable experience, but there were a few service issues worth noting.
I arrived late for check-in and was informed that the king room I had reserved was no longer available. Instead, I was assigned a room with two full-size beds which was disappointing since I specifically requested a king bed.
After getting to my room, I noticed there was no “Do Not Disturb” sign. I went back to the front desk to request one and was told that a team member would bring it to my room and hang it on the door. Unfortunately, that never happened and I was awakened the next morning by housekeeping knocking on my door.
On a positive note, the room itself was clean, comfortable and well-maintained. While I appreciated the accommodations, better follow-through on guest requests and honoring room reservations would have made for a much better stay.

I liked how friendly the people were from the valet parking workers to the desk workers. It was very clean and had everything I needed. Stay was amazing and hotel was the best so far
