Very comfortable and functional. We had a carpet issue where tacks were exposed but, once reported, it was quickly repaired.

The staff was amazing and very helpful unfortunately the property was extremely run down. Not properly maintained and there were cockroaches in the room so we oppted to leave after 1 night.

I had hoped the room would be somewhat close to the pictures (and the reviews) but was disappointed by the outdated room. The staff was very helpful and accomodating.

Honestly, this would be a 5-star review, with the exception of two things. 1) I was in a room closest to the door and the walls are a little thin, so I got to listen to the drunken hallway conversations as people returned to their rooms. 2) Whoever they hired for lawn care should be fired. The guy on the weed trimmer that took 45 minutes to just do the area around my room, while I was trying to sleep in, was a little overboard.

I will definitely be coming back to this location if I travel to this Texas area. It was such a nice location, I walked to 7-Eleven and to all the restaurants located near by. It is right next to the Addison Improv, which is in the parking lot next door. Staff was also very nice. I chatted it up with a staff member about the bold coffee. She was VERY polite and friendly. The front desk was quick and smooth with check in and check out. Applause for this Residence Inn.

The room is very clean. The staff is professional. I recommend this hotel to anyone who travel with family to Dallas area.

When we arrived we were moved to another hotel. The hotel was nice but we had booked a suite and we didn’t get that at the other hotel. We also picked the Residents inn because it had a complimentary breakfast. The one we were switched to didn’t have complimentary breakfast. No one told as these things when they switched us and I did ask and they said we would have same type room but when we got to the new hotel they said they didn’t have any suites available.

The gym could use some attention. No cleaning supplies to wipe down equipment when done, water filters needs to be changed, and half the dumbbell rack is empty. I take my fitness somewhat serious it would be nice to have the normal variety dumbbell sizes. Other than that it was a excellent stay

Room was in need of repairs, cracks in the ceiling and bathroom door. Hallway had an obvious wet spot from a leak in the ceiling. Breakfast was just ok, coffee was always cold, and pool was dirty. Charged daily for parking and it wasn’t an area that this should be a thing.

We lost our air conditioning and need a cool place to stay for the evening with our dog. Wonderful support and very cool.

Hotel was Not what I envisioned it to be. Just felt Dirty. Carpet and stairs needed Vacuuming, you can tell this place isnt cleaned properly, I have done Janitorial work and I know it can be hard, but also you can tell when someone is cleaning properly, trash on outside of entrance leading up to room was overflowing...Clerk gave us Wrong building number which led us to drive and walk around almost 20 min to try and find room until he realized he made a mistake..room appeared to be Clean, but had an unpleasant Smell..the room didn't have a Fresh Deodorized clean scent to it...didn't smell any cleaning supplies that may have been used or if used in it...had to ask for extra toilet tissue and towels...We will not book again...

Came here to celebrate my daughters birthday. Hotel is pretty old, but they’ve tried to put a fresh coat of paint over it. Bathrooms are not great at all. Our air conditioner went out twice. Finally they moved us to a new room. Tried to go swimming but pool wasn’t open, told us to come back in an hour… an hour later they said it would be another hour. Unfortunately that would be after checkout. Very disappointed birthday girl. Overall, for the price the hotel is fine. But not really what we were expecting. Also, it appears the hotel has several people living there permanently - which felt odd.

Overall, this is/was a great place to stay. What was really nice was the size of the suite with two separate and distinct bedrooms and a very nice common area with great kitchen facilities. My two main minor complaints were 1) garbage was allowed overflow the can by the entrance door from the parking lot and 2) the breakfast was not quite up to par compared to other locations we stayed at. The fact that the gym was open 24 hours was nice however.

I've stayed here a few times and they are consistent. The grounds are clean, rooms are clean and spacious. You cannot beat the location. Everything you need is in the area. I was able to checkin early. I had booked at a different hotel the night prior and left due to uncleanness and poor service. Im glad I made the switch

The breakfast options were very limited. No bread and other food normally found in hotels which offer breakfast. The A/C in the room was so noisy that we had to put of off. Then the room became stuffy and it was difficult to sleep. The fridge also very noisy. Overall seems to a dated setup with old appliances and very little maintenance. Very bad experience.

Staff was very friendly. There were kitchen items missing, like a cookie sheet pan and there was only 1 fork. The shampoo and conditioner needed to be refilled as well. But the a/c worked great and the beds were prety comfortable. There was a nice pool and hottub and courtyards for doga and places to bbq.

Hallways outside rooms were littered with uncollected room trash/trash receptacles directly outside entrance to room hallways were overflowing with trash/elevator became non-working halfway through my stay. Thankfully, it was easier to drag my luggage DOWN the stairs than UP on check-out day.
