Hotel was great as always. We stay here often when in town. Staff at the desk were wonderful. Room was clean and comfortable. Hotel is close to shopping, restaurants and entertainment.

Pool was open but was full of debris and settlement on bottom. Pool deck hasn’t been cleaned in a while. Trash and leaves were all over. Our room had a mildew smell. Lost electricity for a few hours our first night. Bathroom wasn’t cleaned thoroughly. Sheets had small blood stains. If it wasn’t for the service I would rate this lower.

Appreciate the housekeeping staff actually letting me sleep until checkout, very kind. Front desk staff was good. Only issue was loud neighbors coming in and out late night on Saturday, and I saw a small roach in the bathroom when I woke up so I didn’t extend.

Checking was good, parking was good. Lobby looked clean. Elevator was kinda tattered. Hotel was far from booked. My room was not updated, fixtures were dusty, sink handle was broken #519. Tub was not clean and did not drain. Exterior window as dirty so no view of the pool. Tv was difficult to adjust.

Other Marriott properties seem to offer breakfast included and room safes, but not Courtyard. I keep forgetting that. Biggest beef was that I didn't earn any Bonvoy points, nor did I get any Marriott benefits for my reward status, because I booked on Expedia!

I woke up at 1:30AM to find a very large rat in my bathroom. I called front desk, and she brought me a keycard for another room about 10 minutes later. When I went down at 4:30AM to checkout and go to the airport, the front desk person was sound to sleep on the sofa. I waited for about 15 minutes for my Uber, received a phone call that rang out loud and she still didn't know I was there. I have reached out to hotel management by phone and email and have had no response.

There was no front desk staff for about 15 minutes and a line of people waiting to check out. I even called the front desk and let it ring to see if anyone would appear and they didn’t. Front desk told us there was free breakfast in the morning and we found out that wasn’t true. For $200 a night, free continental breakfast and full staffed front desk should be the bare minimum.

Literally this was one of the worse hotel experiences I ever had. First when we came to check in, there was no one at the front desk. I waited for over 20mins for someone to show up. I was told n hurry so I can make a show . I even called the hotel number 3 times and it lead just ringing with no answer. Finally I get my room. So we go up. The hallway smelled like pot. The people on the 4th floor were noisy and loud bsnging on doors and slamming. I didn’t get hardly any sleep at all . From all the noise and banging and loud musings c. It was horrible. I tried to tell the guy at the front desk and he didn’t even seem to care at all. Just horrible customer service. And not being able to relax and sleep was horrible. Considering we only got the room cause we were too tired to drive 35 mins away.

Our room looked recently renovated. That did not prevent the toilet from requiring a couple of extra pulls to stop going through fill/flush cycles on its owns or shower curtain rod from being incorrect installed, so the curtain could not stay in place. No housekeeping on Saturdays.
Otherwise, the location is great - highly walkable to over a dozen of great restaurants, which is highly unusual for Dallas. All in all, I recommend the place.

This location is in a great location. So many diverse dining options all around the hotel, check in was quick, and the room felt clean. Will be back to this location again when I come to town.

It was a neat and quite place to stay for my meetings down the street. It was close to a lot of good eating establishments which was convenient as I was afoot.

This property is trash. I stayed here for 5 days and room service never came once… I called front desk for fresh towels and instead of delivering them to my room they asked me to stop by the front desk to pick them up. Terrible service… the room felt dirty especially after no room service.

Stayed overnight on business 8/23/2023 in room 720. AC was not working correctly and I was sweating through the night. AC did power on, however the AC would stop blowing cold air and warm air would come out. I arrived to check in late and had an early morning the next day so I did not ask for maintenance at the late hour. Unacceptable to have non functioning AC during extreme heatwave. Will not be returning to this hotel.

Everything was good except there was no microwave in cabinet,fridge was missing it's shelf, and card reader at the entrances would take a while to read card. Had a few times where people came and opened door because I was there for a bit.

The first room that I had smelled a bit like cigarette smoke, despite the property being a non-smoking facility (maybe someone just didn’t follow the rules). I called to the front desk and was able to get another room without issue. I’m not sure this would have been possible on a busy weekend, but I was very grateful the staff was able to accommodate me during this stay.
