I have stayed here multiple times and it is always a good experience. The complex is quiet and easy to get to, and I love having the convenience of a kitchen when I have extended stays on business trips. The price is very affordable as well.

Only complaint was the $7.00 charge to park my car

Worst experience ever. No elevator its just an old apartment turned hotel. Treated like a 2nd class citizen by hotel staff there was fecal stains all over the couch bed i needed to use for my son. I made a formal complaint and was not taken seriously. My child slept on the floor. Im disabled and nearly fell multiple times bring luggage up and down stairs. I want my money back asap and am filing a formal complaint with the BBB and my attorney and rhe DSHS.

Because of the eclipse crush the breakfast was sometimes short of smaller items. What really needs improvement is the maintenance of the rooms. The bathroom towel rack is loose as are the hinges to one of the bedroom doors. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

Its an older building in need of some updating. The staff was very nice, however the garbage in our room was not emptied from the guests before us. The cabinet doors in the bathroom were visibly broken, it could have used a good deep cleaning.

***This is an old apartment complex converted to rooms*** Brilliant idea, especially for large families. The lobby, breakfast area is very nice and clean. The size of the rooms were perfect for our family. We reserved the 2 bedroom suite and had plenty of room and appreciated the kitchenette with full size refrigerator and dishes. The 2 full bathrooms were EXCELLENT. The space was older, but clean.The beds were okay. Our air conditioning could not keep the entire space cool, but it was March and not too hot. The man NEGATIVE was the front desk staff. They were not friendly or accommodating. They seemed annoyed by our arrival. Overall, the price was low for the space, so I didn’t expect the Ritz, but it was clean, spacious and good for large families. I won’t likely stay again though.

We always stay at this hotel because it’s big enough to accommodate our family. This time the breakfast service was unsatisfying. They stopped breakfast about nine fortyish so when me and my family went down before 10 o’clock to get breakfast, there was no extra breakfast being put out. the AC didn’t work and I room in the beds were very uncomfortable and hard and they are needing new pillows.

I reserved this hotel online with a debit card. Upon arrival I was told I had to have major credit card for payment. I don’t understand why and how I was able to reserve it with a debit card but could not pay with one. We ended up leaving to find another hotel.

The front desk lady is wonderful and very helpful! This hotel doesn't have an elevator but it is a wonderful hotel and very clean.

The Property was Perfect Place to the Addison Area the only Dislike was the T.V was not up to Date like the Smart T.V where you can play your Netflix & Apple Apps

I booked my reservation via hotels.com at 10pm and arrived 15 minutes later. The lady behind the counter was on her personal cell phone the entire time. She did greet me or not make eye contact during the transaction. When she pulled up my reservation she said "I wish they would take any more reservations for tonight" If I didn't have a pre-paid reservation I would have walked out the door and found another hotel. I did not feel welcome, I did not feel valued, and I felt like a burden. Really at simple greeting, smile, and a "Welcome Mr. Fatter, let me look up your reservation and we'll get you taken care of" would have been amazing.

I stay here often. I like the ability to park right outside my door. This property is starting to show signs of wear and tear. The breakfast is always so good. The ice maker in room fridge never made ice.

Okay but… place but needs cleaning outside the rooms as there was litter and an ironing board (!) on sidewalks and at room entrance. Needs deep cleaning in the rooms, our place was not vacuumed. Rusty fixtures in the bathroom don’t look nice, but there were great towels. Our toilet was turned about 4 inches off center, really weird! It would be EASY to make this place great but it falls short.

Upon arrival, the front/ lobby door was locked so I rang the bell. The front desk person & who I would later find out was a guest made eye contact with us, then continued speaking to one another. After about a minute, I rang the bell again as it was freezing (literally) outside. The front desk person spoke to me (loud & seemingly annoyed) through an intercom system and said “I see you, so you can stop ringing the bell. I am with a guest and I am one person.” I was very surprised at her exclamation. I went back to my vehicle to wait because as I mentioned temps had dropped down to freezing around the DFW metroplex. In any event, my overall stay was great but I just thought I would bring this encounter to your attention.

There was a long black hair on the sheet in my bed. Disgusting. And there were two police SUV’s and 3 police officers in the lobby responding to some type of complaint when I checked in. I will never stay here again.

When we got there, they checked us in two rooms. That were both completely filthy. They literally hadn’t been cleaned. The third room they gave us had no soap, no towels, no tissue. I had to go get it from the front desk in the morning. The only thing good about this property was the staff was really nice.

Worse experience with Hotels.com and this Hyatt location ever!
Got to hotel around 9pm front desk says we can't check in bc they need a virtual key (??) from Hotels.com. Have no idea what this is/was so had to call Hotels.com support who had to transfer to another team who had to call hotel to check. After waiting 45min everything was finally resolved. I have been using Hotels.com for a very long time and have never had issues until it switched to One Key >.< This should be done between Hotels.com and Hyatt before I arrive.
When we finally got our room it was NOT CLEAN >.< so had to walk all the way back to front desk lugging all our stuff again and waited another 30min for another room! So ridiculous, this happened to another guest after us as well. How can they NOT know which rooms are cleaned or not?!?
After 1.5hrs just to check in, finally got to a clean room but there was no soap in the bathroom to wash your hands have to use shower gel from shower and no trash can in the restroom have to walk to kitchen just to use trash.
I am totally not happy with Hotels.com and Hyatt House in Addison. I would not recommend and not sure I will stay with Hotels.com going forward, so much trouble vs just booking directly.

Overall it was fine, issues front door ledge was broken on door had to fix and make sure door always closed, there was no towels in bathroom had to go buy some to shower.. property was clean staff friendly.

The stay was OK, but unfortunately this hotel has seen better days. I used to stay here around about 7-8 years ago, and it seemed in much better condition then. The room felt tired, dated, and had a musty old odor. The experience wasn't helped by having a very noisy neighbor, screaming and yelling until late at night. The breakfast was quite limited, but what they served was reasonable. Finally, there was a $7 per night parking charge, which is kind of ridiculous given how everyone drives, and I hadn't experienced that at any other local hotels. I am very unlikely to stay here again given the wealth of other options in the area unless it has a renovation.

This the 2nd time we stayed at this hotel to find NO handsoap, bar soap, and a 5 minute wait to get into a shower that needed to warm up, with no pressure in the shower at all, shower door was not lever so it kept slamming shut. We were left with 1/2 roll of toilet paper and a dishwasher that did not function. On day 3 of our stay, we had our room "cleaned" only to come back to the same sheets and NO TOWELS left behind. Staff immediately brought us what was needed, but sadly, because this was the 2nd stay with the same type of issues, we will not be coming back. Time to find a new place for visiting Dallas area.

Love the location! The room was clean and comfortable; however, one of the bedroom doors was about to fall off the hinges. The carpet was frayed and torn by the kitchen. This is our second time to stay here. The first time was perfect!

If you saw this surprise low price it also means one thing:the room needs renovation,but we like it’s 2 bedroom with kitchen type room,perfect for families,they provide breakfast,but with limited options,compare with other Hyatt houses,very courteous staff,pleasant stay still,according to its price.

I love this property; this was my 4th time staying at this location and you guys have not let me down yet. Staff are friendly and knowledgeable. the property is clean and quiet. Plenty of restaurants, retail stores and entertainment in the area.

The staircase going up to the room needs some power washing. Also no hairdryer in the room. Only one bath towel and the tv didn’t work in the bedroom. The room was very clean.
