I have a 3 star review due to the floor being soaked at the end of the stairs my wife slipped and hurt herself and broke her phone as well no one was to concerned about her as they gave her a bag of ice and left the floor all wet

The rooms were new and fresh and clean and staff top notch. Beds comfy. Parking plentiful. Loved the welcome with cookies to welcome Michigan State University grads and families. All around great! And saved us when we had to cancel our three rooms for family at the Red Roof Inn in Lansing - dirty, cigarette smokers running desk, trailer of cats in the pothole parking lot, place in complete disrepair.
Crowne Plaza IHG saved us and then some. Also had a great - but a tad pricey - buffet breakfast. A coffee bar in the lobby would have been nice, but will book here again for sure.

Arrived earlier than check in and was provided all 3 rooms which was unexpected but a bonus. Jaron at the front desk was pleasant and helpful . Wish I could have used the pool, looked fantastic
