My floor wasn't too clean when I arrived on my fist day. I let the front desk staff now about it. But that was all. Thank you

This place should change its name to "Garden Isle on the Beach". The grounds are absolutely beautiful and impeccably maintained. Perfect location with Coconut Market Place right there with shops and restaurants. The Lava Lava Club next door was an awesome place to eat!

The hotel has beautifully landscaped gardens and is right on the beach. The pool and bar were very nice but they didn’t have music at the Pool / bar. Our room was in decent condition clean comfortable bed, but the patio furniture was kind of dated. Shopping and restaurants are within walking distance and you can take morning walks along the beach on the walkway there. It was very relaxing and not crowded like some of the big resorts. I highly recommend it.
