The rooms are outdated to be a four-star hotel. Also, the elevators sounded like they needed maintenance. However, the staff were very friendly and accommodating.

The worst part was the heat inside the hotel. While the rooms were cool to cold it must have been 90 degrees in the hallways and elevator!
When we checked in we were not told anything about daily breakfast and that with groups all we had to do was get a voucher at the front desk in the morning.
Housekeeping was lax also! Many people were complaining about the room not being cleaned. We called front desk! We had left at 8 am to go out and when we returned room had not been attended too st 3 pm. They did send someone to clean room .
No coffee cups left for in room coffee. No updated coffee and creamers either. Opened creamer and it was old. My wife tried to have tea but it was too weak!
