The hotel was undergoing renovations during our stay, so there were some mattresses in the hallway. However, this did not affect our experience. The front desk staff were friendly, welcoming, and accommodating. We especially appreciated the hot breakfast, which was perfect for our family traveling with young children.

This is where we usually stay when we go to Northbay, staff is great, clean, breakfast inc and now alot of rooms are renovated.

it was clean but with the renovations going on it was clustered somewhat. the room was super clean but the bed was so hard it felt like sleeping on a cement slab otherwise it was a nice stay.

The rooms were clean, the bed was comfortable, the location was great and the staff was very friendly. I would definitely go back and stay again. 10 stars on my end!
