There was a mix-up with our reservation through a technical error on the third party site. The hotel, & Mark, bent over backwards to help us out! We were given a room while I dealt with the issue. It was resolved. But the length of their hospitality to us was commendable! The room was great! The complimentary breakfast was unusual for us. It was the hotels actual restaurant & you ordered off a select menu. Breakfast was delicious! Again, the hospitality at the restaurant was wonderful & we ran into Mark again! A jack of all trades! And a thanks to the manager Yasmin who was also a big help! We would definitely stay there again!
