Wingate by Wyndham Beaver I-15

The young man that managed the property sevegn ? He wore glasses. He’s young man from India, extremely polite, extremely helpful. He does everything he can and goes above and beyond tell people even when they’re booking might not be correct or something goes wrong. He goes out of his way to try to make things right and help others. He’s always working very hard and he has a very nice personality and as a good human being who works hard. It seems like the management or the company could give him More help to accomplish his job. Better so much is put on his shoulders and it seems like the company doesn’t give him the help that he needs being more maids maybe better beds update the hotel more help in the breakfast but he’s a very good person and the best part of this hotel in our stay!

There were not enough maids, not all of the rooms were kept consistently cleaned or maintained because they didn’t have enough maid service and they had no elevator! They operate under Wyndam yet the people that owns the hotel before them. I’m still working at the restaurant in the parking lot, which is really good. Don’t miss out eating there and when they sold out to these other people they quit taking care of the property and put so much on that young man’s shoulders, but there’s only so much she can do because so much they’ll allow him to do and they won’t give him the resources to better the property higher more help and even create a better breakfast

Staff was nice and the breakfast was good.

It had a little wear and tear being an older hotel but it has been kept up pretty well

Check in and check out process very easy. Old facility. Clean. Could not find a comfortable medium with the shower head, it was either too strong or too weak. The pool was clean. Indoors. There was a strange hose pour cold water into it.

Shower head should be more comfortable and the pressure needs to be fixed.
