The big family slide was not working the flow rider the surfing was closed they said they would open it in 2 weeks. The hallways in the orchid building in the 3rd floor needed to be vacuumed and had many stains. Food by the pool was very pricey.

The staff at the resort were very accommodating. It would have been nice to have the waterpark fully functional. The resort grounds are beautifully maintained. Please note,
If travelling with kids, the hotel pool is for adults only. The Tidal cove pool for kids and adults is open until 6pm.
