Check-in was quick. After we got to our room, I appreciated the phone call to make sure everything was what we expected.
Our pool waiter Nathan on Fri 6/12 in the adult area was outstanding! So personable and attentive to my husband and me. I noticed he was always moving, checking in on everyone.
We also enjoyed the gentleman with Maggie the owl at breakfast on Fri 6/12. Such a wonderful surprise and to see other families with little ones become fascinated with her was promising.
Next time when booking, I'll be sure to request a room further from the ice machine and open common area. That created some noise late and night and early morning, but nothing too extreme. Also LOVED the bedding linens. All in all it was a great experience.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ if I could give more I would
I had a wonderful stay! The room was exceptionally clean, the pool area was beautiful and relaxing, and the grounds were impeccably maintained. Every staff member I encountered was friendly, welcoming, and truly made the experience even better.
My only suggestion would be to offer a few more food options for outdoor dining and room service. Other than that, everything was fantastic.
I cannot wait to come back. It was truly a phenomenal stay!
