Secure area pool was closed that was a bummer.The staff at front desk was very welcoming. Room was clean.Very conveniently located on the river.

Location was beautiful, beds were comfortable, air conditioning worked great, and appreciated the black out curtains. Our daughter loved the balcony and view of the water. Water pressure in the shower was very nice and towels were super soft. Breakfast from the Bistro was expensive but delicious!!

Arrived at 2 and was informed that the room would be ready at 3, which fine because that was check-in time. Came back at 3 and room was not ready. Was told that the room would be ready in 30 minutes,that they were working on it now, so we came back at 330. The room was not ready but would be ready shortly. We hung around and checked every 10-15 minutes and kept being told soon. We decided to take a walk around and got a call 4:04 that the room was ready. The clerk kept apologizing but if we had known at 2 that the rooms wouldn’t be ready we would’ve toured around instead of waiting around. I’m very disappointed for the time that was wasted. I’m glad that the room was nice when we finally got checked in.
