Excellent stay with friendly and helpful staff and appreciated the hotel cleanliness and amenities.
However, I choose this hotel as it advertised shuttle service. As an American where many hotels include a shuttle service, we were dismayed to find the shuttle was actually an outside service that charged 7 pounds per ride per person to the airport and it took almost an hour. I would clarify that on their advertising.
