The staff were super friendly and helpful, location was good and the hot tub and pool were clean andwell maintained.
Only one restaurant on site with a limited menu. Accessing the hotel via the driveway is only one way which makes it dangerous for people being dropped off because cards are backing down the one way so they don’t have to pay to access the parking lot to get out.
Vending machines were practically empty and housekeeping needs a little more attention.
I personally did not like the fact that the hotel charged my credit card over $1600 as a deposit when my room was fully paid for months prior to my stay.

We were upgraded to an ocean view when we checked in. Staff was helpful with recommendations in what to do in St. John’s. The pool and exercise equipment were new, in good condition and working. Great stay.
