The room was clean, easy to access, spacious, and comfortable.
Although the room was right above the street, we didn't hear the street noise or the noise from the bars. With one exception: the noise from a jukebox in the bar directly downstairs. It was intermittent, but insanely loud when it was being used (which, unfortunately, was mostly after midnight).

Fantastic room, location, and very kind, responsive staff. You can’t find a better location and the rooms are large, chic, clean, and very comfortable!
Maybe just not having an actual front desk when I arrived late as a solo traveller (but it all worked out!)

The location was great, and really central. The staff was nice and helped me resolve a few problems. The bed was really comfortable, and we didn't hear too much noise (since we were on the third floor).
I think it was expensive in relation to what we got. The room looked old, and the cleaning service was only every three days (and you had to ask for it, it was not automatic). The bathroom didn't have a fan, so it held a lot of humidity, and the toilet flush was not working when we arrived. Additionally, we only received one and a half rolls of toilet paper. They offered tea bags and coffee, but only provided three small packets of sugar for a five day stay. The staff helped us resolve some of these problems, but it would have been better not to have had these issues in the first place.
