I took a black light in this room and I give it a 9 out of 10 ⭐ the only thing I would not touch in that whole room was the hair dryer the coffee pots and the ice bucket everything else was spotless they came and switched our bedding everyday clean the bathroom did not clean the shower though everyday you could see light around the whole door but the door did shut and lock the breakfast was fairly good I really enjoyed the chocolate and strawberry waffles they had fresh bananas to offer fresh yogurt fresh coffee they had eggs similar to how I make them at home the sausage I did not try because that looked a little gray in my book the biscuits were hit in a mess my old man did say the gravy did taste good tasted like Gordon foods sausage gravy it was close to everywhere I was really surprised of the loads and loads of parking even tractions head parking we basically drove everywhere we went we did ride the trolley to Gatlinburg and then got on the Gatlinburg trolley to the aquarium but we went and parked at the trolley station because the trolley pickup was a 45 minute wait in front of Denny's if you walk across the street you'll be picked up in 15 minutes swimming area and hot tub area was very clean I was very surprised there was no bugs at all in the room I even black lighted the bed and that was good but they do need a new bed for the room I had there was no comfort in the bed but the pillows were great I was on the first floor it did have a balcony it did not go parking

I have stayed at this hotel several times. It has a really nice "mountain view" for some of the rooms (you can select this). The breakfast set-up is better than most other hotels. The balconies are nice. It is in a good location for the area. The hotel is starting to show some age and some minor maintenance issues (loose molding). The shower was nice and strong. I would stay here again.
