Room was clean but had a weird smell (cleaning solution). It was also a little cramped. Gym was small. Didn't get a chance to check out breakfast. Staff could have been a little more friendly. Had to go down to the lobby ourselves to get more towels. They seemed a little bothered that we even asked.

The bathroom was very small with toilet and shower. No body wash in the container. Then fan did not work. The water pressure was very low. Other adults guests had loud cinversations in the hallway late into the evening and early morning hours. The room was clean and the bed comfortable. Breakfast was good with fresh fruit, eggs, bacon and the waffle maker (always a favorite of mine).

I visited this town for a race over 10 years ago and loved the my stay at the local Best Western. From the cleanest of the facility, the staff friendliness, the continental breakfast, the free parking and the location near shopping and dinning all makes the Best Western the best place to stay.
Since my first stay, I always come back and enjoy each of my visits

I had a great stay at the Best Western Lock Haven. The hotel was quiet and comfortable, and the rooms were clean and modern with comfortable beds. Check‑in and check‑out were easy, and free parking made everything simple. The location worked perfectly for my trip, and overall I was very happy with my stay.
