Since the facility is a cafe and offering the event space, at which I participated 1 of the events, it was great opportunity to get to know other people using the space/facility/cafe. The owner has a mindset with full of hospitality, and is very friendly to talk to for any questions I asked. I love to come back here in near future.

最寄り駅から歩いて20分もかからないくらいの距離で、周りに飲食店やカフェも多く便利です。泊まるのには困らないくらいには清潔です。朝食がリーズナブルで美味しいです！スタッフの方も親切です。
チェックアウトの後も荷物を預かってもらえて助かりました。
壁が薄めなので、隣の部屋の音が聞こえやすいです。また、エアコンの臭いが気になりました。とても安い値段を考えたら、そこまで気にならない気もします。

屋根とイスのある喫煙所があるところは良かったです。
清潔ではあるものの、隣とはベニヤ板一枚で隔てられているのみ。滞在中うるさい客はいませんでしたが、気になる人は寝られないと思います。耳栓がありましたけど。
今回の宿泊費（4,900円）は上田では安いと思いましたが、今後は上田に泊まることはないと思います。
