I stayed at this property from June 1st to June 5th, 2026, and had a mixed experience regarding the customer service.
On one hand, the front desk team during the afternoon and evening shifts was absolutely wonderful. They provided excellent, attentive, and welcoming service that truly enhanced my stay.
On the other hand, the morning service was highly disappointing. The lady working the morning shift was consistently unhelpful and had a very dismissive attitude. It felt as though she was treating guests with reluctance, which stands in sharp contrast to the hospitality shown by the rest of the staff.
While I appreciate the great work of the evening team, the morning service definitely needs management's attention to ensure a consistently positive guest experience.

Great Hotel for the price. Staff was nice, nice lobby and kids liked the pool. It was clean and easy to get to:)

Highly recommend. Staff were friendly and professional. Hotel was clean, rooms were clean. Perfect for our one night stay. It was quiet. Beds were comfortable. We will use this hotel again in the future.
