A refined hotel amongst many in the region which are less so. The feeling is quite exclusive, but of course, you pay for that. The food is very good, although “Lobster served with chips and a crispy fried egg, which sounds irresistible, is disappointing at euros 110 for two people,1 small lobster, between 2 does not go far. We will definitely return though for the sweetbreads cooked on the Josper!

Having worked in the travel industry for over 30 years and fortunate enough to travel around the world the has to be one of our top three of our favourite hotels. Highly recommend
