Staff are always friendly. Rooms and bathrooms are slightly dated but still well maintained and spacious and clean. Gym and pool area are world class. Food is pretty good esp the Cafe. Overall this is my fav place to stay on short DXB transits.

I am a returning customer. This hotel is next to the airport but it has the feel of a resort. The breakfast buffet has lots of variety and the quality of all the food is good. There are a selection of restaurants at the hotel for other meals. The pool area is very relaxing.
