Great stay at Grand Mercure Dubai City Hotel.
The room was clean, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the air conditioning worked perfectly. I would recommend this hotel to other travelers.

Great hotel, only minutes from the airport and not far from the mall. My only complaint is the staff. Everyone has this weird cold personality. Nothing felt welcoming. Thank goodness I was only there for a day on my layover or I would’ve checked out and brought my money elsewhere.
