Great Location, Tiki Bar is nice, housekeeping could have been better , seems like I was always having to ask for more towels. But I would definitely stay her again.

The room (407 Ocean side) was more than comfortable. The fact there was a fridge, microwave and stove added to the comfort to those (like us) who bring home left-overs. The shower was clean - the property was well maintained and having 2 parking lots was essential for our security. The morning breakfasts were not bad at all and had various things to eat on any given day from eggs to waffles to potatoes (wife said they had a little too much seasoning though - for her) and the meats they offered each day.
If you like to party or just enjoy good Irish food - there is an Irish Bar a few blocks (easy walking distance - so leave the car at the hotel) from the hotel called Molly Darcy's - you can eat and party - listen to live music or a DJ and enjoy the sights and sounds of the ocean.
We had a great time - the staff was courteous and and professional - at all times and the room was kept clean as was the hotel itself. We have an enjoyable time. We will come back in the future.

Carpet was dirty and had several cigarette burns. Door to patio had broken lock (only bent aluminum bar). Freezer melted all over what we had put in fridge. Shower curtain was installed too high so water sprayed outside.
Did like that the two queen beds were separated by bathroom/kitchen and each had its own TV and dresser.
Breakfast was very good and beach/ocean view was awesome.

It was a great location with easy beach access. Staff is friendly and helpful. Breakfast had daily changes as well as repeated items. Tiki bar is a plus.
