Great location; just steps from train station. Shuttle to Disney wonderful and easy, but please try to reserve ahead; it is very limited with seating and only runs 3 times in the morning and 2 times at night. Rooms are super tiny. Of course, the rooms are probably all the same size, but we had 3 beds in ours, so NO room to put luggage etc. We managed, but be aware.

We did not have a second room booked at another hotel and they recommended we look for a room at this hotel. Honestly. I would have rather stayed here to begin with. The staff was super friendly and helped us to arrange a pickup for a luggage transfer service. We were also able to wash our laundry at the coin laundry machine at the hotel. The rooms were decent sized and the metro stations were close by.

The staff were very kind and helpful. My wife and I had never been to Japan before so we were nervous about accommodation, but the people here made it easy and seamless. The hotel is located right next to a subway station and lots of good restaurants, and was overall a perfect place to stay for a bout a week in Tokyo.
