The staff was so helpful, attentive, and friendly. The room was clean and appeared to have been newly renovated. Breakfast was fresh and surprisingly was served in our room.

The staff were amazing and helpful, shout out to Maya, Rosa, and Sergio who made the stay so pleasant. Clean space, secure, and well maintained. They brought a special birthday message and treat for me. The balcony was nice overlooking the river especially in the morning and at night. Breakfast was included and delicious and they remembered our orders. The room was air conditioned, had good storage space, nice bathroom with bidet, bed was good. Great location, close to restaurants, groceries, and sites to see. Thanks for the great stay!
