As soon as I arrived, I had to request to change the room because the room had a bad odor.
The new room was Ok.
Front desk staff is not very helpful proving information. They do not seem happy working at the hotel and they are not very friendly to customers: just business.
Complementary breakfast was good.
The paid shuttle bus from the airport to the hotel is not reliable. When I arrived at the airport, I called the hotel and I was told to wait between 25 and 35 minutes for the shuttle bus. I waited 55 minutes and the shuttle did not pick me up and I decided to take a cab. The shuttle bus called me after 65 minutes indicating that it had arrived. I was already in the taxi. However, the shuttle bus worked fine between the hotel and the airport (only 20-minute ride).
I am not sure if I will come back to this hotel in my next trip to Boston. It is not worth what I paid. Also, to go to a restaurant you have to walk around 10-15 minutes in an area near a highway.

Franklin was AMAZING!!! He helped get me signed up with rewards & upgraded my room and made sure we got late check out (didn’t need it but had the option) Free parking and great breakfast!!! Thanks again I will def use this place in future!!! Also very easy on and off highway for visiting Boston
