The hotel is located minutes from Monastiraki Square, where the M3 subway from the airport stops there. We walked to the Acropolis and all the historic and shopping areas with tons of restaurants around. The surrounding areas are quite touristy and safe.
The hotel hostess Zoe was super friendly and helpful. I got a WhatsApp message as soon as I booked, and exchanged messages before check-in. The hotel room was clean and large with a kitchenette.
The only setback was that the noise level from the street was VERY HIGH. I saw previous comments about the noise, and I thought I could deal with it. But this was the next level noise. There was a 24-hour coffee/convenience store across the street from my room. Every night, I mean every night, not during the day, people were talking and singing until 5-6 a.m. with LOUD high-energy music. One night, "aren't no mountains higher" was the highlight with male and female vocal interchange and lingering, but out of tune. I believe the large windows and their construction were a contributing factor. But the singing and drinking people across the tiny street were out of the hotel's control.
Overall, great location, friendly people, but hard to rest at night.

Great location with great staff. The only minor complaints are firm beds and street noise(can’t do much about that). Joanna and Zoe are super accommodating and friendly.

Amazing property with great location! As soon as we checked in, we wished we had planned to stay longer because the studio is so nice. The instructions provided prior to check in made it extremely easy to find and complete self check in. The apartment was spacious, clean, and had everything we needed. We would definitely stay here again the next time we’re in Athens.
