This property is in a great location. The rooms are “basic” but clean and comfortable. We have stayed here in the past and we will likely stay here again. Great value!

Great location near metro, tram, buses etc…
Nice restaurants and stores nearby. Very walkable and safe area.
Hotel has nice lobby, rooms are quite large and comfortable.
Air in room was good. Beds were okay and housekeeping was perfect.
Good shower and fridge. Lots of storage space.
We were not in a renovated room. The safe was new (had been replaced) but was installed very high up. Needed a chair to get to it. Not practical.
The carpet on the floor did not feel clean.
Breakfast was very good and fresh but was lacking fruits. Only apples, oranges and kiwi with a few bananas at the occasion. Would of liked to have melon, grapes, strawberries and small fruit.
Staff was polite but not helpful. When we first arrived, although we were staying for 9 nights and it was very early morning when we arrived from Canada after two long flights we were offered luggage accomodations only. We had to wait until mid afternoon to get to our room and felt no consideration on their part, although I am a senior with a son with special needs and have a VIP status with expedia.
Overall, I would recommend it because of location and quality of room/breakfast.
