The room was a bit small as you'd expect from Tokyo. So you need to get a bit creative with how you open your bags. But the location is great since it's easy access to JR Rail. Lots of free amenity items if you've forgotten something. Check-in process was easy and much of the staff speak good English and were helpful the one time we needed to call for assistance.
There are only 4 laundry machines but you can check their status from the TV. The 5th floor of the building is mostly restaurants including a Kura sushi belt restaurant which was a bonus. Lots of little shops in the area and fairly lite on tourists.
The only downsides were really that I thought the price was a bit high for the size of the room and that I don't think the breakfast option is worth the cost. You basically just get ¥1000 coupons that are usable at three Cafes in the building. The Grandir Patisserie is worth trying but you probably won't want to eat there every morning and your basically paying what the coupon discounts.

Convenient location right at train station with some dining snd shopping at other levels. This is 2nd time staying here.
