Nachdem unser Flug Verspätung hatte, waren wir froh, mit der letzten Bahn überhaupt noch in Richtung City zu kommen und kurzfristig noch eine Unterkunft gefunden zu haben, bei der ein 24/7-Check-in möglich war. Das war in unserer Situation wirklich praktisch. Allerings befindet sich die Bahn-Station noch ca. 20 Minuten entfernt.
Das Zimmer war von der Größe her für zwei Personen völlig in Ordnung. Neben einem Dusch- und Toilettenraum befand sich hinter einer Schiebetür auch eine kleine Küche. Der Check-in war unkompliziert und erfolgte bequem über einen Zugangscode.
Die Räumlichkeiten waren sauber und gepflegt. Insgesamt eine gute Unterkunft, die sich insbesondere für eine späte Anreise gut eignet.
Leider wurde mir bei der Buchung über Booking nicht der endgültige Preis transparent angezeigt. Ich war zunächst froh, eine vergleichsweise günstige Unterkunft (8.700Yen) gefunden zu haben. Bei der Abbuchung stellte sich jedoch heraus, dass zusätzlich noch eine Reinigungsgebühr von etwa 6000Yen berechnet wurde.
Solche zusätzlichen Kosten sollten meiner Meinung nach bereits bei der Buchung klar und deutlich im Gesamtpreis ersichtlich sein. Dadurch war der zunächst günstige Preis für mich leider etwas irreführend.
Unabhängig davon halte ich die Höhe der berechneten Reinigungsgebühr für unangemessen und nicht nachvollziehbar. Schon fast eine Unverschämtheit.

We stayed for 1 night and arrived earlier than our expected time. The hotel was gracious enough for us to check in earlier as the room was available. Very close to the train station and very clean! The staff allowed us to keep our luggage at the hotel after check out so we could eat lunch before our departure.

This was a last minute book as Typhoon Jangmi came through. The room was very cozy and well furnished with an assortment of amenities for every need. The bed was especially comfortable.
I don't think the washer was 2in1, which is fine because there is a laundromat neighboring the building. The location is right near the local train station, a few restaurants, and NIKON headquarters. It is also a short walk to Oimachi. This portion of Shinagawa City is very pretty.
The W.C. is a tight fit, as the apartment is very snug. Good for 2 people, but would be difficult for more than 2 adults and maybe 2 children.
