When my flight was cancelled after multiple delays all day long, I booked a room at the Shreveport Marriott. The shuttle driver was so very courteous and kind!! He inquired if I was hungry as the cafe in the hotel had closed for the day and Mr Johnny was concerned I might be hungry after a long day of waiting around the airport. I assured him I was fine, and he efficiently got me to the front door to check in.
The desk attendant was equally kind and courteous, and I was checked in with no delay.
The bed felt like heaven, and after a short soak in a hot bath, I fell asleep quickly for a blissful 4 hours, before my alarm went off to rise and shine for another day of travel. The morning shuttle driver was friendly and courteous to all of us, and made sure we were all comfortable before heading to the airport. I will be a faithful Marriott fan from now on!!

This is my home away from home when I'm in Shreveport. Excellent staff and very clean environment. The only thing I can say that would be awesome is if the hotel could be pet friendly. I have had small fur babies, they both have crossed the rainbow bridge. I know at some point I will get me another small dog. I just hope that when I do get one that the hotel will have changed the rules about pets. Once I get me a new little dog I guess I won't be staying at the Courtyard. If my dog can't come then I don't come stay. This really is a great place to stay and I hope that fur babies will be welcomed in the near future.
