Disappointing return visit

The bed was comfortable and the breakfast was decent.

The room was not clean and in disrepair. We were not greeted immediately upon arrival, and when served, not with a smile. There were no toiletries in the room and when we asked for some, we were told that they were out. We had to request kleenex and paper towels, and were given toilet paper instead of kleenex. This was a return visit to this location as we were very happy with the room last year. A great disappointment and not a good value at all.

nice hotel, would return

location was easy to get to from the interstate and to nearby restaurants for dinner. the lobby was clean and the staff was very helpful. the parking lot was well lit, which was nice as i was alone

the shower doors were off the track, the bathroom smelled like someone was smoking in the next room. and the road in front of the hotel had a LOT of loud traffic noise

Perfect stop for one night

The ladies that work the front desk were the sweetest! Very friendly and positive and loved my pup Bella too. Just nice ladies

It’s dated and definitely could use a facelift. Very old looking inside the actual rooms.

Unprofessional

Location, clean

Power went out the 1st night, had to vacate the room and pay for another one. Still haven’t received a refund due to booking.com. I’ll NEVER use this service again

Loved it.

The room size was amazing. A small little apartment with the perks of a hotel. The staff were all very nice (shout out to ricca). The breakfast was hot (loved the servers too). The Wednesday dinner was a nice treat. Pool was big enough for kids to enjoy. Easy location. Also, for being a pet friendly hotel, it did not smell. This will be the only place we stay at when visiting Shreveport.

My sink stopper was stuck downward, but a quick call to the front desk, it was fixed within the hour.

Clean and impeccable customer service!

the front desk agents and staff were fantastic, as well as the cleaning staff who always spoke iand asked about how I was doing and if my stay was enjoyable. It has been a long time since I've seen great customer service like I received.

everything was fantastic and hate that I am just learning of this excellent hotel near my mother-in-law.

First night I had no A/C. I also booked a suit at a Homewood Hilton in Shreveport. But at this hotel, I paid the same expensive price for a regular room.

Although I could not book a room at your hotel because I was told to at you were booked; I was able to book a room there at booking.com.

Good

My room was on the front of the hotel which is nearer to the interstate. Traffic woke me up a few times a night. I would pick a different room next time so I can sleep better.

leased a suite with 2 bedrooms and kitchen solely to be able to quickly cook simple meals for 2 days. Disappointed in items supplied and not supplied in kitchen. silverware, dish ware inadequate. made reservations for 3 yet there were only 2 supplied. no knife, no spatula or pancake turner. only I small microwave bowl provided. coffee maker did not work properly. it would not brew 1 cup on a 1 cup setting, it brewed 2 cups and they overflowed the ceramic cups provided in the kitchen. creating a flood of coffee on countertop. Dining table unsteady, and giggled constantly if sitting at it doing anything and only 2 chairs provided for a table of 3. ceiling fan light fixture had to be taken down as it was not bolted on tightly and made a constant rattle. Could not adjust thermostat in room. son became ill and feverish and I could not adjust temperature in the suite. Also, at 8:00 am a landscaper was using a chainsaw to trim palm trees and it was very loud and annoying at that time of morning. disrupted sleep. hotel should have chosen a better time to employ a landscaper. I would not choose this particular hotel again as it does not provide enough essentials in a kitchen to make simple meals, cannot adjust thermostat. not adequate seating at dining table. Beds are also very hard. I had sent a text in response to a welcome text asking if I needed anything. I asked for additional pillows in each room and extra coffee and condiments. I did not receive a response or the items. Thank you.

Decent place to stay

The appearance of the building and what everyone could see when they walked was very clean and inviting

The bathroom, in our room, was not clean. I didn’t call to mention it bc we only stayed one night.

Superb

The suit was very spacious with full size refrigerator, sink, and cook top. It was very clean and the bed was comfortable! The breakfast was also very good.

The bed made a noise every time you moved. It seemed a bit unstable. It didn't bother us too much, we slept well as the bed was very comfortable.

appealing on the surface but the particulars were dissapointing

. ... breakfast was fine, except for the fact that the grits were pre-buttered while still in the container. Buttered grits are not for every body

... rooms were poorly maintained, i.e, heating was not functioning in my first room. ... later relocated to another room which turned-out to be a dissapointment as well. The lighting and fan over the bed did not work, and every time the toilet was flushed, the assembly in the bowl responsible for the flush made this terrible sound as it shot-up into the lid of the bowl. consequently, the rooms turned out to be dissapointing. ... children running around without supervision in the halls as well as in the receration room; most of the cardio equipment was broken.

l would positively recommend to fellow travelers.

Room was roomy, clean, and comfortable, even the sofa. The breakfast had many self-serve options, fully stocked, and tasty. Coffee was very good. The staff were all very cordial and friendly and helpful.

Walls to the hallways were a little thin; could hear coming and going, but no noise from adjoining rooms. I can live with that!

Comfortable, good value.

Great room and beds perfect for family group breakfast was excellent great location - had a great nights sleep and a hearty breakfast before hitting the road.

On check in and check out waited for an excessive time for reception staff to attend the counter even after cleaning staff alerted them to guests waiting.

Nice location, extremely friendly staff. Our room was in a perfect location. 1st floor.

We were located at the door and people were in and out but it wasn’t a deal breaker.
