Enjoyed our stay at the Hemmingodden Lodge! Staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was very clean, with beautiful views of the sea and mountains. Ballstad was a great location to explore Lofoten, the resort is in walking proximity to a grocery store as well!

They might want to let their clients know about the ladder to the bed. Elders need to get up at nite and this is difficult to navigate. Also there was a minimum selection of left over cups and plates, etc. the entryway to the apt. Had a bad smell.

These are charming cabins in a great spot! They are not accessible for those with mobility challenges but if you’re ok climbing a ladder to a loft it’s so fun! We were treated to northern lights visible from bed !
Communication with the front desk was slow and due to very limited hours this was a bit challenging but worked out ok with digital check in. The restaurant served yummy food, and the sauna is well worth it.
There is a grocery store (joker) a few minutes walk away for essentials. Such a great spot to spend a few nights.

Beautiful cabin and beautiful view. Very clean and warm. The front desk staff at the reception/restaurant were kind and helpful. Of note - there is a ladder to get to the bed.
